Draw Structure of 13 dichloropropane
Structure drawing of 1,3-dichloropropane
Now I want to draw the structure of 1,3-dichloropropane. 1,3-dichloropropane belongs to halogenated hydrocarbons. The carbon chain of propane is a straight chain, containing three carbon atoms, connected by a single bond. In the propane molecule, the hydrogen atoms on the No. 1 and No. 3 carbon atoms are replaced by chlorine atoms, thus forming 1,3-dichloropropane.
Its structural formula can be expressed as: $Cl - CH_ {2} - CH_ {2} - CH_ {2} -Cl $. In the diagram, the middle carbon atom is the main chain, with a methylene ($- CH_ {2} - $) on the left and right, and a chlorine atom on the methylene at both ends. This is the structure of 1,3-dichloropropane.
